Our client is looking for an Intermediate Project Coordinator with strong process mapping to support service quotes and budgetary estimates for an Application Development project

This roles requires you to be onsite 3 days/week in either Calgary or Edmonton

Must Haves:

• 4+ years of experience as Project Coordinator supporting IT application project
• Experience with project management software and tools (including Microsoft SharePoint Lists), as well as basic understanding of application development processes.
• Experience with Process Mapping
• Develop and maintain budgetary estimates for application development projects, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure realistic and achievable financial planning.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Perform daily tasks related to coordination, including tracking progress, updating records, and communicating with team members.
• Documentation: Create, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, roles, and responsibilities associated with application development service quotes and budgetary estimates.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate the process flow to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate multiple items simultaneously, ensuring that each project progresses through the process funnel efficiently and meets established timelines and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between stakeholders, including developers, clients, and management, to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
