Description
Our client is seeking three Intermediate Project Managers to manage new build and renovation Facilities projects with value of $4M+.
Note: this contract will run until March 31st, 2025 and be extended for an additional 1-2 year term.
Must Have:
- 5+ years experience as a Project Manager working on infrastructure based Facility projects of high value such as:
- renovations, rebuilds or upgrades
- elevator replacements/boiler or steam room upgrades
- electrical or mechanical upgrades
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in the millions
- Experience reading blueprints and execute construction drawings
- Experience working with MS Office 365, Archibus
