Intermediate Security Analyst with SOC and SecOps experience to focus a variety of projects utilizing tools such as CrowdStrike and Exabeam (102542)

Our client is looking for an Intermediate Security Analyst with SOC and SecOps experience to focus a variety of projects utilizing tools such as CrowdStrike and Exabeam (102542)

This role requires you to be onsite 100%, working core business hour 8-5pm

Must Haves:

• 5+ years' experience as a Security Analyst with a focus on the following:
• Incident Response management, reporting, playbook/runbook creation/maintenance
• Familiar with NIST or ISO27001/02 frameworks
• Previous experience working within a SOC
• Experience with any of the following tools: Crowdstrike, Exabeam, Proofpoint, RSA, Demisto or Darktrace
• Experience with SecOps
• University degree or college diploma equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering related technical disciplines or equivalent applicable work experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT teams with security architecture and design guidance
• Lead the interaction with stakeholders and project groups to assess and document information security and technology risks
• Deliver hands on implementation and/or management of some Enterprise Security systems
• Coordinate with project groups to interface with 3rd parties (where applicable)
• Assist in investigation and respond to security related alerts and incidents
• Assist with development, implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity procedures and configurations
• Research and assess emerging security threats and vulnerabilities and provide position papers
• Assist with the execution of client information security strategy and roadmap
