Our national retail client is looking for an Intermediate Technical support analyst with experience with L1 and L2 MDM support (VMware Workspace one/Airwatch) - 28790


Location: Mississauga (100% on site)

Duration: 7 months to start

Work hours: 37.5 hours a week

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage mobile devices using MDM software
  • Enroll devices in the MDM platform
  • Develop and implement MDM policies for security, compliance, and functionality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mobile device issues
  • Provide technical support to end-users on mobile device usage and MDM features
  • Maintain accurate records of mobile device inventory
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest MDM technologies and mobile device trends


Must Haves:

  • Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions VMWare Workspace ONE/Airwatch
  • Mobile device operating systems (iOS, Android) support


Nice to Have:

  • InTune
  • Experience with mobile device security protocols
  • Experience with mobile application management (MAM)
  • Certifications in MDM solutions
