Responsibilities: Business Process Analysis Tools' project dedicated to improving business processes and technology integration.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Application - Managed Services Support.
D365 Business Analyst SCM Warehouse Management Integrations
• Good hands-on experience with D365 F&O ( SCM, Warehouse management, integrations with eComm systems)
• Requirement gathering/ documentation
• Discuss and design business processes
• Prepare Functional Design documents, discuss with the technical team
• Conduct functional testing, assist/support the users with UAT
• Support the D365 application (incidents, new changes/enhancements)
