Jr. Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team for a large financial client - 67362


Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension or conversion to FTE)

Location: Hybrid - Downtown Toronto [minimum 2 days in office, Tuesday and a floater]


Contributes to marketing solutions delivered across the client's digital properties that meet the goals and objectives of the assigned portfolio and deliver the intended customer experience. Performs a variety of tasks and provides support to the marketing team ensuring that operational processes are followed. Supports the planning, development, production, and delivery of marketing solutions. Works collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure timelines are met and marketing collateral is aligned with brand standards and product positioning. Ensures consistent application of client's brand and design system standards.


Must-Have Skills:

  • 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Coordinator or in a similar field
  • Knowledge of HTML & CSS, UX Design, SEO and Website Design
  • Banking/Fi industry exp


Nice to Have Skills

  • College diploma in Marketing or Communications preferred.
  • Any previous experience in Digital or Service-related roles
  • Bilingual [English & French}


Role Responsibilities:

  • Executes routine digital support ticket tasks such as website requests, social media requests, etc.
  • Make edits to Advisor web portfolios including content & layout updates
  • Develops solutions to problems that align to program goals.
  • Maintains/updates the global content library.
  • Gathers and formats data analytics into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
  • Provides customer service by responding to general questions via phone, email or support ticket in a timely and professional manner; includes acting as a main point of contact for certain customer requests.
  • Must be able to handle & prioritize a large volume of tickets while providing meaningful support to the client
  • Executes work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service.
