Our Utilities Client is seeking a Junior Applications Support Specialist to provide field support for their Advanced Metering Systems - 21220
12-month contract to start. Hybrid working model in Burnaby.
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of Enterprise IT systems/applications support.
- Experience using ticketing systems like ServiceNow and JIRA.
- Experience with Test Data Preparation
- Active Directory
- Microsoft OS (Windows 10. etc.)
Nice-to-Have:
- Advanced Metering Systems (AMS)
