Our valued public sector client is seeking to hire a Junior Courseware Developer to support the development of a recruitment and training course for future imagery analysts.


Background:

The resource will join the organization on a part-time basis to support the development of an unclassified imagery analyst course. This course is being developed to support the recruitment and training of imagery analysts. The resource is required to ensure completion of the course material for Spring 2025 in order for the first iteration of the course to be delivered in Summer 2025.


Tasks:

  • Conduct courseware development for the new version of the Imagery Analyst Course (AIMX).
  • Build PowerPoint lectures according to teaching points provided including teacher notes and references.
  • Prepare demonstration and practical exercises associated to the lessons.
  • Develop lessons on the following topics:
  • Describing observations and movement;
  • Determining activity;
  • Introduction to measurements;
  • Measurement demonstration;
  • Measurement TUTEX;
  • Introduction to threat identification;
  • Exploiting sensor capabilities;
  • Recording observations;
  • Recording observations TUTEX.


Must Haves:

  • Imagery Analyst - 2+ years
  • Courseware Development - 12+ months
