Our valued defence client is seeking a Junior Service Desk Analyst to provide Tier 1 support to clients by phone and chat


  • 100% remote. Open to candidates in Ottawa, Montreal, and Halifax.
  • After an initial training period during Mon-Friday business hours, the hours of work are Saturday-Tuesday from 9:00am-7:30pm EST.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide Service Desk support to clients via telephone and chat
  • Logging and updating support tickets within the Company’s Incident Management Application
  • Resolving support calls in a quick and efficient manner while meeting SLA’s
  • Escalate calls where necessary
  • Complete company provided training to ensure you have what you need to fulfill your role
  • Keep up to date with the latest technologies utilized by the Company


Must Have Skills:

  • 2+ years experience as a Service Desk Analyst providing remote support to end users
  • Experience working in a Windows environment working with MS Office Products
  • Experience supporting mobile devices (iPhones)
