Our Financial Services Client is looking for a 2x Manager, Integration Services for the development, deployment, and support of data solutions and data modernization platform.

This is Permanent role, 100% Remote, Vancouver, BC preferred, open to BC, Ontario and Alberta candidates.

First Role: Manager, Integration Platforms (events & workflow

Must Have:

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise software development (.NET), with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Hands-on expertise in Azure Integration Services: Logic Apps, Event Grid, Service Bus, Azure Functions, Durable Functions, and API Management.
• Experience designing and delivering event-driven architectures and workflow automation solutions at enterprise scale.
• Deep understanding of financial data compliance and security practices (OAuth2, TLS, encryption, RBAC).
• Proven experience in code versioning (e.g., Git), CI/CD, and secure release practices within a regulated environment.
• Experience in monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, App Insights, Splunk, Elastic, etc.) to ensure visibility across real-time integrations.
• Strong understanding of financial sector compliance and risk mitigation strategies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Second Role: Manager, Integration Platform (Real-Time Integrations)

Must Have

• Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise software/integration development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or managerial role.
• Hands-on expertise in .NET Framework / .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, and RESTful services.
• Proven experience designing real-time integration solutions, including messaging queues, event-driven architecture, and API-first systems.
• Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and Azure Functions.
• Deep understanding of financial data compliance and security practices (OAuth2, TLS, encryption, RBAC).
• Experience in monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, App Insights, Splunk, Elastic, etc.) to ensure visibility across real-time integrations.
• Strong background in source control, CI/CD, automated testing, and release management in a multi-platform environment.

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft certifications in Azure (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Developer Associate, Azure Security Engineer).
• Experience working in highly regulated industries such as banking, capital markets, or fintech.
• Familiarity with event stream processing technologies (e.g., Kafka, Azure Event Hubs).
• Knowledge of enterprise-grade workflow orchestration and business process automation.
