Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking a Secret Cleared Business Analyst to create user stories and product roadmaps for an AI digital product management project.

Project Description:

Provide digital product support for and software applications and artificial intelligence products.

Must Haves:

• Digital product management for generative artificial intelligence technologies within the security/defence industry (2+ years)
• Leading product management for full life cycle (3+ years)
• Ex: Product launch to end of life
• Secret Clearance
• Degree or Diploma in IT

Tasks:

• Production and analysis of user stories, use cases, product roadmap, and other product artifacts, including stakeholder engagement and management.
• Product design, User Acceptance and Training.
• Act as a user support liaison between vendors, information systems technicians, developers, UX designers, business analysts, and end-user departments.
• Design and deliver training and presentations on specialized applications to end-users.
• Track and manage user stories, features, sprint plans, sprints, and sprint reviews and verify accuracy and completeness of work, including backlog documentation.
• Identify, research, and coordinate the resolution of complex technical issues.
• Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
• Plan and participate in scrum/sprint events including sprint planning, user acceptance testing, sprint review, training, backlog planning, and design workshops.
• Collect, organize and maintain a ticket and feature backlog for use by others.
