Our valued public sector client is requiring the services of a Senior Bilingual Business Analyst (10+ years) to lead the business and system requirements gathering for a web content management solution (WCMS).

Our client is in the process of upgrading the WCMS platform along with the mission critical system to keep up with new technologies and keep current with new security releases. The consultant will work with the development, support team, and various stakeholders to understand and document their content management requirements and assist end-users testing, acceptance and training.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze Website information architectures as required
• Conduct work sessions with client groups to identify, define and consolidate and website requirements and service delivery processes
• Develop requirements documentation for the WCMS and other mission critical applications.
• Analyze current web environment - website designs, roles and responsibilities, current procedures, workflows, data types, and file formats.
• Develop training materials required to support WET4 implementation and upgrade to the new vendor platform
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and documentation of the results
• Analyze requirements against WET4 templates to determine gap and determine options

Must Haves:

• Secret Clearance
• Post secondary diploma OR degree from a recognized university or college in computer science or an information technology/management (IM/IT) related discipline.
• 10+ years experience as a Business Analyst in a IM/IT environment in an agile environment
• 2+ years using Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) / Azure DevOps to manage software defects and requirements
• 1+ year experience - writing requirements for the development of components used on OpenText TeamSite product that comprise of three (3) or more languages.
• Business Analyst Certification (i.e. CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.) and ITIL certification
