Our client is searching for an Senior Bilingual Customer Service Representative to resolve incident and client equipment requests.


Initial 6-month contract with possibility of extension, hybrid in Montreal (2 days onsite per month).


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for responding to customer requests in a prompt, accurate, and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain good client relationships while ensuring confidentiality
  • Work with both internal and external teams to ensure the customer’s needs are met
  • Process customer requests through utilization of the CRM tool
  • Manage and update the inventory system
  • Complete service orders
  • Process invoices and complete billing



Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years as an customer service representation with client resolution experience
  • Experience with any CRM tool
  • Excellent communications skills in English and French.
