Description
Our client is searching for a Senior Bilingual Network Administrator to support IT/Telephony support to contact centers.
Initial 6-month contract with possibility of extension, hybrid (2 days a week, onsite) Open to Montreal, Laval or Toronto
Responsibilities:
- Technical Issue Resolution: Address and escalate technical issues from IT User Support.
- IT Infrastructure: Install and update IT infrastructure components under guidance.
- Documentation: Collaborate with support departments to develop user documentation.
- Collaboration: Work with the Telephony and Contact Center Services team, other technical and business resources, and third-party vendors.
- Project Support: Gather business requirements for telephony-related projects, build test plans, and execute user acceptance testing (UAT).
- VoIP and WFM-WFO Support: Manage VoIP and WFM-WFO issues, ensuring consistent communication with end-users.
- Adaptability: Adapt to a rapidly evolving environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Utilize strong interpersonal and customer service skills to build business relationships.
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years as a Network Administrator using Avaya systems (SBSs, CM, SM, AMS, AEP).
- Experience with Voice over IP (VoIP), SIP communication, and telephony peripherals.
- Excellent communications skills in English and French.

- Education: College diploma in Computer/Network Studies.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Superior troubleshooting abilities.
- Technical Knowledge: Multi-user computer and peripheral environments.
- Verint recording.
- NetScout, Wireshark, Windows, MS Office, LAN/WAN.
- Nice WFM and Aspect WFM.
