Our Public Sector Client requires a Senior Business Analyst (10+ years) to define business processes and capabilities resulting from an Electronic Records Digital Management Modernization.


The client is currently undergoing a Digital Modernization to digitize historical weather paper records. They require a Senior Business Analyst to define the current and future state business processes and capabilities resulting from the modernization. The goal is to automate processes as much as possible to save time and costs.


Responsibilities to Include:

  • Analyzing current state business processes, capabilities, and business requirements
  • Assessing future state business processes and capabilities according to business requirements
  • Evaluating technologies which can be leverage to interpret data from historical records, and determine what manual processes will still be required
  • Deliver a proof of concept and options analysis of the future state


Must Haves:

  • 10+ years of business analysis experience
  • 5+ years experience in process analysis, design, and modelling
  • Experience developing Proof of Concepts and Options Analysis
  • Experience with digital documentation services


Nice to Haves:

  • Science degree or science background
