Senior Business Analyst to lead process review and improvement initiatives for Public Sector Client

Hybrid (once a month on site)


Must Haves:

  1. Experience leading requirements elicitation activities with stakeholders by deploying a broad range of requirements elicitation tools and techniques. Document business requirements and obtain sign-off on Business Requirement documents, Use Cases and Functional Specification documents to confirm they are complete, accurate and a true representation of clients’ business requirements.
  2. Experience leading process review and improvement initiatives.
  3. University completion at undergraduate level with a specialty focus in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Commerce, Science or Social Science, and an Advanced or Associates’ Certificate in Business Analysis endorsed by IIBA.
  4. Perform requirements analysis to ensure quality of the requirements by using a broad range of analysis techniques such as Business Process Modelling notation (BPMN), UML, Data Flow diagram, gap analysis, root cause analysis. Provide input for IT Solutioning by delivering Business Requirements and necessary solution requirements. Collaborate with Business SMEs from sponsoring Line of Business, Delivery Manager, Solution Architect, IT Security, and Shared Services Planning to ensure the Solution is evaluated prior delivery and is built on a firm understanding of business requirements.
