Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to optimize ERP systems, integrate them with CRM and other applications and enhance business processes.

Note: This is a short contract for 3 months to start but has a possibility for extension.

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on financial ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday).
• Proven experience integrating ERP systems with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of system integration methods (e.g., APIs, middleware, ETL processes).
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
• Experience with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.

Nice to Have:

• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or ERP-specific certifications.
• Experience with cloud-based ERP systems and SaaS applications.
