Description
Our public-sector client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the implementation of emergency management software and improve business processes
Candidates must be local to Calgary. 2-3 days on site per month required. 37.5 hour work week.
Must haves:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst with a focus on software implementation projects
- 5+ years of experience with Business Process Mapping (current-state and future-state) including process re-engineering
- Experience as Project Manager and/or experience in organizational change management
Nice to haves:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous work experience in the public sector, emergency services, or government is considered an asset;
- Experience in organizational change management (OCM)
- Business analysis certification
