Description
Our public sector client requires a Reliability cleared Senior Business Analyst to write a business case for a credentials management system to streamline processes and reduce turnaround times. The system is used for security and training verifications but it is currently not meeting the client's needs on the external side as the have faced problems in terms of digital validations. The system is currently .NET and Oracle, but looking to move to Dynamics in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Gather user stories/requirements in an Agile/Scrum approach
- Populate user stories details and acceptance criteria
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
- Identification of options for further consideration and recommendations concerning the proposed strategy
- Assist with the preparation of documentation, reports and presentation materials related to the project request in-take process and related proposals and change requests
Must have:
- Business case development experience
- Agile experience
- .NET experience
Nice to have:
- MS Dynamics experience
