Our Retail and Energy client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Agile practices, Supply and Trading domains, and hands-on experience with ETRM systems.

Must Haves:

• 10+ years' experience is a Business Analyst
• Supply and trading experience with Market and Pricing, ETRM systems (Allegro, PDI), and Performance Management
• Proficiency in Agile and/or SAFe frameworks (certifications are an asset)
• Hands-on experience with tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Lucid, Confluence, and SharePoint

Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with test strategy and test case development for complex systems
• Proven experience transitioning technology solutions to operational teams
• Background in data analytics or process improvement methodologies

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
• Work with technical teams to design, implement, and optimize business capabilities, processes, and technology solutions.
• Develop user stories with clear acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with project scope.
• Support testing teams by contributing to the development of test strategies, test cases, and QA documentation.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to clarify requirements, discuss epics, features, and prioritize deliverables.
• Promote agile best practices, including the adoption of SAFe methodologies, to enhance team efficiency and adaptability.
