Our Public Sector Client requires a Senior Business Process Re-engineering Consultant (10+ years) to complete a current state analysis to identify areas to improve the department's travel processes through automation.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support various initiatives including but not limited to optimizing the Software Asset Management (SAM), ITSM implementations within ServiceNow, and others.

Part-time, 100% remote

Tasks:

• Analyze and define the current state environment of travel and ITSM related processes.
• Identify areas for improvement (i.e. redundancies, automation, etc.)
• Present findings to Senior Management (Director and DG level) and create strategies on how to improve.
• Develop and document statements of requirements for considered alternatives and develop options analysis for solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders contributing to the design and development of high quality business solutions.
• Support the development of business cases and project roadmaps.
• Translate business objectives into requirements using analysis and modeling tools;
• Provide support and advice to the Project Authority.
• Perform knowledge transfer to employees.

Must Haves:

• Experience analyzing, automating, and re-engineering business processes
• BA or Lean Certification(s), such as CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, etc.
• Previous experience reporting and presenting to high-level executives
• Reliability Clearance

Nice to Haves:

• Bilingual (French and English)
• Experience with ServiceNow Implementations
• Experience defining, analyzing, and improving software asset management (SAM) processes
