Our client is looking for an Senior Business Process Analyst to document operational processes aligning to ITIL.
This role requires you to be onsite 3 days/week
Must Haves:
- 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience with ITIL
- Service Strategy
- Service Design
- Service Transition
- Service Operation
- Continual Service Improvement
- Experience documenting and standardizing processes
Nice to Have:
- Experience working for utility company
- ServiceNow experience
