Our valued Public Sector client is looking for a Senior Business Transformation Architect to support software solution modernization.

The client's IM/IT sector is working in close partnership with the supervision sector to advance its transformation agenda in order to modernize its business operations and service delivery mode, with a goal of transitioning to risk-based supervision. They are seeking a Business Transformation Architect to help refine a business architecture that aligns with its risk-based supervision model.

Responsibilities:

• Business architecture assessment reports, change impact analyses, operational change proposals, and process re-engineering documentation;
• Strategic planning reports, business architecture enhancement recommendations, executive briefings, and senior management advisory notes;
• Business analysis alignment frameworks, strategic advice documentation, and guidance materials for business analysts;
• Product family plan documents, implementation roadmap updates, strategic alignment assessments, and roadmap adjustment proposals;
• Issue logs, risk registers, risk management plans, and mitigation strategy documents related to product family plans and roadmaps;
• Diagrams and views of the future-state business architecture, architectural decision records, and strategy visualization tools;
• Business case documents, investment analysis reports, cost-benefit analyses, and optimization initiative proposals;
• Benefits realization dashboards, performance tracking spreadsheets, and product family-level benefits reports;
• Business needs and enterprise artifact traceability matrices, program vision alignment charts, and outcome correlation tables;
• Business architecture standards manuals, best practices guides, onboarding and maintenance handbooks, and consistency checklists;
• Presentation decks, meeting agendas and minutes, strategic direction confirmation records, and stakeholder consensus reports;
• Technical Documentation of approaches, standards, methodologies
• Technical documents, presentations and other materials
• Knowledge transfer to designated departmental staff as outlined in the tasks above

Must Haves:

• Providing Business Architecture Services 10+years
• Providing Business Architecture Services for a SaaS or COTS solution 3+years
• TOGAF Certification or Certified Architect or Zachman Certified or CBAP or PBA
• Legislative or Regulatory projects 5+years
• Secret Clearance

Work Location:
