Our valued Public sector client is looking to hire a Senior Change Manager (Enhanced Reliability cleared) to implement a service delivery and performance metric framework to support a regulatory project.

Background:

The current Team's structure and decentralized approach to regulatory reform prevents the department from reliably updating and maintaining its regulations. Therefore, a centralized approach is required to

regulatory maintenance and reform is recommended to address current deficiencies and streamline the regulatory development process.

Tasks:

• Developing and implementing change management strategies, plans, framework.
• Designing and conducting a change readiness assessment in order to plan and carry out a change management strategy
• Developing and implementing a change management strategy and action plan, detailing the expected results, approach, key players, timelines, etc.
• Advising senior management on potential change management issues and how to address and prevent them
• Developing and implementing change management strategies, plans, framework
• Identifying change management tools and risks
• Developing an evaluation framework for the change management initiative

Must haves:

• Change Management to implement a Service Delivery framework - 2 Projects
• Develop and implement performance metrics - 2 projects
• Evergreening change management - 2 projects
• Corporate services experience in areas as Regulatory Affairs, Human Resources, and Finance - 5 projects
• PMP and CMC certified
• University Degree
• Enhanced Reliability clearance
