S.i. Systems client is looking for a Senior Change Manager to help plan lead the change management activities on a Digital Transformation Program


1 year contract to start. Hybrid model- local candidates to BC only.


Must Haves:

  • 8+ year's as a Change Manager
  • Agile experience
  • Proficient at preparing and supporting both internal and external users
  • PROSCI certification


Nice to haves:

  • Digital Transformation experience


Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing and owning a robust change management plan, in close collaboration with leadership and other cross-functional groups from the organization e.g. communications and others.
  • Manage users’ resistance to change, ensuring continuous improvement and learning, and balancing flexibility and agility with the need for structure
