Senior Data Analytics Manager to lead data analytics initiatives, develop scalable analytics solutions and drive data-driven decision making to support bus

Our multinational SaaS company client in Vancouver is looking for a Senior Data Analytics Manager to lead data analytics initiatives, develop scalable analytics solutions and drive data-driven decision making to support business growth and strategy.

This role is a permanent full-time, 2-3 days in their office in Vancouver, BC.

Must Have:

• 5+ years' leadership experience in data analytics
• Experience creating analytical products for internal and external stakeholders with a focus on secure data sharing
• Expertise in advanced data modeling techniques, statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
• Deep understanding of Data Management platforms and their role in scalable analytics.
• Experience managing data intake, validation, mining, engineering, visualization, and reporting processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively
• Track record of driving analytics maturity and adoption, with strong strategy alignment, data governance, and community engagement.
• Ability to define data governance standards and improve data quality for enhanced reporting.
• Proficient in Confluence, Jira, and/or Product Board for organizing and documenting analytics projects.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to conceptualize ideas using Miro.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription environments
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and cloud-based accounting applications like NetSuite
