Description
Our public sector client requires a Reliability cleared Senior DBA to assist with the upgrade of the Oracle Data Integration (ODI) environment to a higher version. The upgrade is essential to ensure continued support and compatibility with the new AIX servers. The current ODI version is reaching its end-of-life, necessitating this upgrade to maintain system reliability, performance, and security.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and plan the migration and upgrade of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4
- Install ODI software on all Windows application servers
- Configure ODI repositories
- Work with Unix and DBA team to install ODI stand-alone agent on the new database servers
- Migrate ODI projects
- Test and validate the upgrade
- Update system documentation
- Update architecture diagram
Must have:
- Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12
- Experience with Oracle database 12c
- Experience with Azure DevOps
Nice to have:
- Agile experience
