Description
Our retail client is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Technician to image desktops using SCCM, manage group policies on Active Directory and support the migration to Windows 10/11 (onsite Winnipeg)
Must be able to work onsite in Winnipeg
Must Haves:
- 8+ years of experience as a Desktop Support Technician in a customer support role
- Experience in creating and deploying images using SCCM or EPM (End Point Manager)-
- Experience in creating application packages for deployment in SCCM
- Experience in Active Directory (account creation, creating group policies, account management)
- Experience in Windows (7,10,11) Migrations
- Experience leading teams
Nice to Haves:
- POS experience
- Windows Architecture experience
- Software Piloting experience
- Retail/Logistics industry experience
