Description
Our transportation client is looking for a Senior Development Team Lead (.NET/C#, Unity) to provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship for a complex software project.
1 year contract (possible renewal), Hybrid, Richmond,
Must Have
- 10+ years experience in Full Stack Software Development
- Strong proficiency in .NET/C# and Unity
- Previous Lead Experience, leading and mentoring development teams, with a focus on hands-on technical guidance.
- Previous experience working in an Enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
- Actively contribute to coding efforts, working alongside the team to develop high-quality software solutions in .NET/C# and Unity.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, guiding the team in best practices, architecture decisions, and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Mentor and support team members, helping them to develop their skills and grow in their roles while maintaining a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Serve as a key point of contact for technical communication, effectively bridging the gap between the development team and non-technical stakeholders.
