Senior Instructional Designer to implement learning strategy and create training content using Articulate Storyline

Our Calgary client is looking for an Senior Instructional Designer to implement learning strategy and create training content using Articulate Storyline

Must Have:

• 8+ years as an Instructional Designer or Learning Advisor in a large corporate environment, preferably Oil & Gas
• Demonstrated abilities using Articulate Storyline 360/Rise & Review and the Adobe Suite
• Experience with Workday LMS
• Minimum 8 years progressive experience supporting complex projects/programs and initiatives within a variety of business areas related to learning & Development
• Experience in the development and implementation of projects at the enterprise level, ability to manage cross-functional teams, multiple projects, and various stakeholders

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Madcap Flare and Vyond

Responsibilities:

· Support HR Learning Design Services for learning program support. In a collaborative manner support the development and sustainment of learning solutions for the enterprise.

· Through collaborative efforts, identify, recommend, and establish solutions to improve both program and sustainment approaches for ongoing learning work.

· Partner with learning colleagues to further the evolution of learning approaches, governance, and sustainment.

· Identify opportunities to partner and engage with stakeholders both in the business and in human resources.

· Identify opportunities and implement projects to improve learning delivery through continuous improvement activities.

· Support HR Learning in efforts to continue to build trust and partnerships with our valued suppliers.
