Our public-sector client is seeking a Senior Management Consultant to provide analysis for current business practices and make recommendations using DuckCreek

Candidates can be 100% remote in Canada working Central Daylight Time

Must haves

• 7+ years of experience as a Management Consultant or Business Consultant with advanced knowledge of DuckCreek modules Billing and Policy
• Experience creating and assess business requirements, perform impact analysis against the existing systems design and technical specifications and provide analysis on integrating business change
• Experience investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving problems within Duck Creek applications, services, and integrations.
• Experience with out-of-the-box features and provides solution that aligns to it

Nice to haves:

• Bachelors Degree in business management and/or administration preferred (Management Consultant certificate is considered an asset)
• Previous consulting experience for enterprise level organizations
• Excellent analytical skills
• Change Management experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include providing analysis for current business practices and make recommendations for greater efficiencies and process improvements.
• Understand business strategy and organizational requirements that require re-evaluation
• Investigate areas for improvement
• Identify gaps and create action plan from current to future state
• Develop business models to prepare recommendations
• Provide internal/external consulting to senior business stakeholders
