Description
Our valued client is seeking an Intermediate Database Administrator with Oracle GoldenGate experience to improve performance on an enterprise system
An initial 6-month contract (with possible extension). 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize very large multi-terabyte Oracle databases to improve SQL performance for critical applications, utilizing Oracle 19c and advanced tuning techniques
- Tune Oracle database for population of 100K+ employees
- Plan complex activities, execution of technical solution on Oracle and PeopleSoft
Must Have Skills:
- 5+ years experience as a Database Administrator
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle GoldenGate
- Government of Canada Reliability clearance
Nice to Have Skills:
- Oracle GoldenGate Microservices Architecture (MSA)
