Our Calgary Midstream and Utilities client is looking for a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead with Payroll and Finance Transformation Project experience to lead the development and execution of OCM strategies while ensuring the adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational changes.

Client located downtown. Hybrid working environment, onsite presences is required.

Must Haves:

  • 10+ years experience as a Organization Change Management Lead for digital or finance transformation programs
  • Background in finance systems, such as ERP or HCM implementations
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent)
  • Strong expertise in managing organizational shifts and fostering adaptability
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and effective communication
  • Familiarity with program and project management methodologies (waterfall, agile)


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with systems like JDE, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle Cloud, or Workday
  • Technical understanding of data-driven decision-making and risk management
  • Midstream Oil and Gas and/or Utilities industry experience

Responsibilities:

  • Lead change management initiatives to align digital and finance program goals.
  • Act as the key OCM representative for Core Transactional Finance, engaging with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Champion the digital operating model by promoting collaboration across teams.
  • Guide and support teams in adapting to program changes, minimizing resistance.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and communications to support program adoption.
  • Oversee third-party vendor engagement to ensure alignment with program objectives.
