Our large global banking client is looking for a Senior Policy and Procedure Writing Specialist to draft, review and update policies, procedures and process documentation.


This role requires candidates to be in the office 4 days/week. The office location is Richmond Hill, ON.


Must Haves:

  • 15+ years of experience in the Canadian banking industry, with at least 10 years of professional experience in credit risk management
  • Proven experience in policy, procedure, or technical writing. Emphasis on draft credit underwriting or policy writing experience.
  • In depth understanding of lending policies and procedures, financial analysis, risk assessment techniques, credit deal structuring, collateral and security documentation, and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice to Haves:

  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards is a plus.
