Our Calgary client is looking for a Senior Program Coordinator with SaaS and / or ERP project experience to support complex cross functional digital transformation programs.

Calgary client located downtown. Hybrid work environment, 3 days on site. Occasional travel to the US may be required.

Must Haves:

  • 8+ years experience as an IT Program Coordinator
  • 3+ years of experience with implementation, upgrade or enhancement projects such as:
  • SaaS Projects (Workday, SailPoint, Service Now)
  • HCM, ERPs and Financial System Projects (JDE, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle Cloud, and Workday)
  • Experience supporting cross functional programs (PMO, Architecture, SCM, OCM, Regulatory)
  • Experience working with and managing 3rd party vendor support resources
  • Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodology experience

Nice to Have:

  • Midstream or Utilities experience

Responsibilities

  • Participating in defining and documenting the program vision, scope, governance, and benefits realization plan.
  • Managing and mitigating the interdependencies, risks, issues, and changes that may affect the program outcomes.
  • Alignment of program objectives and business goals across multiple workstreams.
  • Coordinate with Project Mangers, the resources, stakeholders, communications, and reporting across the projects within the program, and ensures that they are aligned with the project delivery methodology.
  • Working closely with the project managers, sponsors, and Program Leadership Team to provide support throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Preparing and maintaining program documentation, such as overall program plans, schedules, budget trackers, status reports, risk registers, change logs, and lessons learned.
  • Supporting the Project Managers to coordinate the capture to release, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of the related projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope in compliance with quality standards and the Project Delivery Methodology
  • Evaluating and reporting on the performance and benefits of the projects and program and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to the project and program team members, and foster a positive and productive team culture.
  • Ensure compliance with PDM, ensure deliverables meet quality standards, and coordination with Portfolio Managers, Demand, etc.
