Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to build a comprehensive Program Roadmap for a registry transformation program

4 days a week onsite in Regina. Please note, if you are unable to work 4 days a week onsite in Regina you will not be contacted.

High likelihood of multi-year extension

Must Haves:

• 10+ years as a Program Manager with experience leading complexed transformation and/or modernization initiatives including planning both IT and Business Process Change components
• Define quantifiable and measurable outcomes with critical milestones
• Define and document transformation objectives for the renewal and modernization
• Experience tracking transformation budget, identification of risks and mitigation approaches and the provision of regular progress reporting to the Executive Sponsor, Steering Committee, Working Committee and all relevant stakeholders.
• Experience with development and executions of change management strategy, testing, training, and communication plans
• Experience with facilitation of business process design, business requirements gathering and achieving alignment / consensus across a varied scope of interests and perspectives.

Nice to Have:

• Expertise in registry systems and solutions including experience with their design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance would be an asset.
