Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and drive our Enterprise Data Program, a multi-year foundational initiative that will enable our organization to better govern, manage, and leverage data across the organization.
1 year contract to start, possible extension. Must be local to BC
Must Have Skills:
- 8+ years’ experience in program or portfolio management, ideally with focus / experience on enterprise data, digital transformation, or technology-enabled transformation
- Strong knowledge of data management basics (e.g. governance, MDM, metadata, data quality, analytics, data ingestion etc.)
- Familiarity with transformation initiatives (e.g. Financial/HCM implementation, digital modernization, condition-based monitoring, asset management etc.) and how data enables their success
- PMP, PgMP, Agile/SAFe certification
Nice to Have:
- Degree in data management, data engineering, data science is an asset
- Experience leading an enterprise level program with varying needs and desires
