Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking a Senior Project Manager (10+ years) to create project artefacts in support of a migration of Dynamics On Premise to Dynamics 365 within the Public Sector

Must Have:

• PMP
• CSM Certification
• ITIL Certification
• Canadian University Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• 3 years (36 months) within the last 5 years working as the lead managing the development, deployment and planning of an MS Dynamics CRM Solution (2016 on-premises and Dynamics 365 on cloud) that integrates with MS SharePoint for a large federal government department.
• Enhanced Reliability Clearance

Tasks:

• Monitoring, evaluating and providing hands-on assistance in the deployment of the system upgrade.
• Reviewing and proposing amendments to guidelines concerning governance, performance reporting and risk management.
• Reviewing and providing advice regarding direction, planning and performance of the system upgrade project including project artifacts, e.g. schedule, deployment plan, testing plan, etc.
• Identifying, researching, developing and suggesting the implementation of procedures that will serve to strengthen project operations.
• Reviewing documents on risks and issues, including briefing materials, position papers, speaking points, corporate reporting, protocols, and presentations for consistency with departmental and other government department positions.
• Providing guidance to managers and information on the development and preparation of the Results-based Management and Accountability Framework (RMAF), Risk-Based Audit Framework (RBAF), Departmental Performance Reports (DPPs) and Reports on Plans and Priorities (RPPs)
