Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking a Senior Project Manager (PMP) to preform SA&A governance, create standard operating procedures, and attain ATO documents for public facing SharePoint Internet portals.

Project Description:

Ongoing project management support for a portfolio of enterprise applications which all need to adhere to internal security governance processes, known as Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A). The PM will need specialization in SA&A in order to manage the implementation of the SharePoint Internet Portal as well as the Recruiting Internet Portal.

Must Haves:

• Managing SA&A governance for public facing SharePoint Internet portals (1+ year)
• Attaining ATO documents for Internet Applications (6+ months)
• Publishing SA&A guidance (1+ year)
• SOPs (standard operating procedures) for SA&A projects. (2+ SOPs)
• PMP Certified

Tasks:

• Manage one or more projects throughout the system development lifecycle by ensuring that resources are made available and that the project is developed and is fully operational within previously agreed time, cost, and performance parameters;
• Oversee the work of other internal resources, to ensure alignment with SA&A governance;
• Oversee data usage and sharing to ensure compliance with SA&A governance;
• Analyze and evaluate alternative technology solutions to meet business requirements withing corporate security governance;
• Identify, research, and resolving complex technical and security challenges;
• Ensure the integration of all aspects of technology solutions;
• Recommending new processes which support and enhance the security posture of the project.
