Position Title: Risk Analyst - Senior

Line of Business: Infrastructure Governance & Oversight | Infrastructure Operations & Networks

What does the LOB do?: Anything to do with risk and compliance this team oversees. Application operations, Network Engineering and network operations, vendor governance, ITIL (Change/Incident/problem management). Supports different regions like the UK as well.

Duration: 12 month

Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid - every Tuesday and second Friday of every month. Subject to change. May require additional onsite days.

Office Location: 81 Bay 16th Floor

Job Description:

The main functions of a Risk Analyst are to gather and analyze technology risk and cyber security information; will typically conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of data/information affecting infrastructure operations processes and controls of The Bank. A typical Risk Analyst is responsible for analyzing and communicating risk and compliance to internal stakeholders.

Managing Audits for Technology LOB - Point of Contact with Internal audit.

Deficiency management - Work with deficiency owners and 2nd line or 3rd Line in closing deficiencies

To perform the above an understanding of the LOB’s Roles and Responsibilities is crucial.

They will work with the audit side and then stakeholders.

Must Have Requirement:

5-7+ Years but preference is more senior. But if they meet all requirements we are okay with 5 years.

• Managing RFI Requests and responses

• Strong presentation skills

• Hosting Stakeholder meetings & requirement gathering

• Review and opining on quality and completeness of Audit response

• Create and present Audit status

• writing self-assessed deficiencies

• Track and report open deficiency remediation

• demonstrated experience in managing or running technology audit engagements

Nice to Have:

• experience in process engineering

• Understanding of data center and cloud technologies

• eGRC knowledge
