Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking a Senior Salesforces Developer to design and implement solutions to ensure shareable components on cloud-based, COTS CRM.

Project Description:

The Center of Enablement (CoE) will promote and support best practices on the Salesforce platform, as well as serve as a central hub in a hub and spoke model for resource sharing and platform support. The outcome will facilitate shared data management, and analysis of critical information related to each business line. The project will support the design and implementation of solutions for the Salesforce platform and the develop shareable components on a cloud-based, COTS CRM.

Developer:

Must Haves:

• Salesforce ecosystem on complex custom applications (7+ years)
• 1 year within Government of Canada
• Platform Developer level I certificates from Salesforce.
• Secret Clearance

Responsibilities:

• Perform impact analysis with the perspective of an enterprise solution, evaluate, design and implement solutions;
• Utilizing an agile (iterative) approach and ensuring that defined user stories are translated info functionality through configuration and integration of Salesforce;
• Perform configuration and implementation activities, including, but not limited to, customization of objects in Salesforce, field & table creation, flow development, mapping data relationships, user profiles and permissions, data and system security, data input and report creation.
• Ensure that established business rules are reinforced in the data relationships and that these rules are well documented;
• Document and develop solutions to integrate Salesforce with 3rd party enterprise systems such as GCDocs, SharePoint, GCKey;
• Develop and design an inventory of shareable components to be leveraged by other teams using the platform;
• Design and develop portal technology using OmniScript and Lightning components;
