Our Public Sector Client is looking for a Senior SAP Functional Consultant for sustainment work on SAP CX (C4C) - 21601, 21623, 21757

1-year contract, Fully-remote: PST Hours, working within Canada

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years Techno-Functional experience with SAP CX (C4C)
• Proven expertise in tenant replication, eFlow settings, and mashup configuration within SAP C4C
• AP C4C SDK (Software Development Kit) or PDI (Partner Development Infrastructure) for custom development.
• Experience with CIC configuration and front-office process optimization in a customer service environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP IS-U (Utilities) processes and their integration with C4C.
• Familiarity with integration tools such as SAP CPI, PI/PO, or similar middleware.

Nice to Haves:

• Certification in SAP C4C or SAP IS-U.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, CRM, or other SAP modules.
• Experience with utilities industry-specific processes (e.g., smart metering, customer billing).

Key Responsibilities

• Tenant Replication: Configure and manage replication between SAP C4C and SAP ECC/S4HANA for data integrity
• eFlow Settings: Design and optimize eFlow settings for workflow automation
• Mashup Configuration: Integrate external applications and services into SAP C4C
• Utilities Process Alignment: Configure C4C to support IS-U billing, metering, and customer service processes
• CIC & Front-Office Processes: Enhance Customer Interaction Center (CIC) for case management, ticketing, and interaction tracking
• Solution Design: Translate business requirements into functional solutions within SAP C4C
• Technical Configuration & Troubleshooting: Configure C4C and troubleshoot custom developments (SDK, PDI)
• Testing & Support: Conduct unit testing, UAT support, and post-go-live troubleshooting
• Documentation & Training: Maintain technical/functional documentation and train end-users
