Our public client is looking for a Senior SAP Project/Program Manager to support their ERP Modernization Program, particularly the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA


This position is a one-year contract from January to December 2025. Full Time, 35 hours per week. This is a hybrid set-up 4 days in theoffice.


MUST HAVE:


  • 10+ years' experience managing ERP implementation and upgrade projects, particularly with SAP.
  • 10+ years of experience in developing data models, technical architectures, and business process transformations.
  • Strong background in transitioning from SAP ECC to S/4HANA and planning future modernization roadmaps
  • Demonstrated experience managing large enterprise-scale teams in IT project or program management roles.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Experience in developing, evaluating, and scoring RFPs.
  • Strong background in contract negotiations and SOW development.
  • Proficiency in developing cost-benefit analyses, business cases, and total cost of ownership models for strategic ERP initiatives.


NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience in enterprise business transformation in Human Resources, Financial, and Procurement.



Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and present business cases to support ERP implementations or upgrades.
  2. Facilitate contract negotiation and statement of work (SOW) development.
  3. Oversee the execution of the SAP S/4HANA project, including:
  • Creating project charters, plans, and documentation.
  • Managing costs, schedules, scopes, risks, and change requests.
  1. Lead project governance, including chairing the Project Steering Committee (PSC) and subcommittees.
  2. Deliver weekly status reports, track project progress, and provide updates on deliverables.
  3. Provide formal documentation adhering to the PMO methodologies and standards.
  4. Mentor and transfer knowledge to staff.
