Senior Scrum Master to lead a $10M+ retail / wholesale ERP replacement starting

Our large downstream energy client is seeking a Sr. Scrum Master to lead a $10M+ retail / wholesale ERP replacement starting ASAP for a contract until Dec 31, 2025 with chance of extension.

Candidate must come into the office downtown Calgary 5 days/week.

Must-Have:

• 8+ years combined of Project Management and Scrum Master experience in an enterprise organization
• Demonstrable experience with integration, scope, schedule, financial, quality, resources, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management
• Strong command of agile and scrum principles
• 5+ years managing projects $10M+
• Experience working within a retail / wholesale / distributed network business domain
• Experience working on corporate (Finance/ supply chain) ERP implementations
• Management of integrated vendor delivery teams

Nice to Have:

• O&G Industry Experience
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance / SCM
• PMP / CSM certification
• Experience with ERP projects related to sales, accounting, inventory management, or distribution
• Experience managing a Scrum of Scrums

Overview

• Lead a Scrum team for the replacement of a back-office ERP for distributed wholesale network. They are:
• Transitioning from custom built ERP to Dynamics 365 Finance / SCM
• Replacing product distribution system which has both software and hardware components
• Replacing customer facing web portal for account management
• Manage a Scrum of Scrums for 3 parallel workstream/products
