Description
Our valued public sector client requires the services of a Senior Secret Cleared Change Manager to provide support and execute the delivery of a digital transformation project.
Responsibilities:
- Designing interventions aimed at improving organizational effectiveness through system-centered change
- Designing interventions that improve organizational effectiveness through people-centered change and result in bringing about change, an improved environment, greater involvement, and a more responsive workforce
- Designing learning programs to improve user adoption of a new solution or process
- Developing and implementing change management strategies and plans in an Agile Product Management environment
Must haves:
- 10+ years supporting transformation projects
- 5+ years implementing, delivering and facilitating training plans
- 3+ years experience supporting MS Dynamics implementation projects
- Degree/Diploma
- PROSCI Certification
- Secret clearance
Nice to haves:
- Agile Scrum Certification
- Project Management Certification
- E-learning certification
- Lean Six Sigma certification
