Our public sector client is looking for a Senior SuccessFactors Onboarding & Recruiting Lead to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules for clients.

Work Model: Remote (travels to Toronto)

Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into system configurations and best practices.
  • Provide expertise on SuccessFactors functionality, integrations, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and Payroll teams to ensure seamless adoption of the system.
  • Support testing, issue resolution, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
  • Stay updated with SuccessFactors releases and recommend system enhancements.

Must Haves:

  • Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM, RMK) and Onboarding (ONB 2.0).
  • Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end implementations.
  • Solid knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and talent acquisition best practices.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in Recruiting and/or Onboarding (preferred).
