Our valued public sector client is hiring a Senior Technical Architect to provide application and software architecture design, assessment, and testing services.

Background:

The purpose of the organization is to help ensure that personnel are provided with the information and support necessary for the planning and execution of current and future operations through the use of a wide range of operations on various network at the unclassified and classified level. The organization is to perform the role of Life Cycle Application Manager (LCAM) and is also required to maintain parts of the infrastructure where the system resides on, perform bug fixes and, in some cases, implement the development of new requirements.

Tasks May Include:

• Provide direction and training expertise on DevSecOps adoption and development (with Gitlab, Azure DevOps, etc.) to improve the collaboration between development, security, and operations teams.
• Provide Technical Architecture experience related to critical applications within an IM/IT environemtent.
• Review existing processes to conduct impact analysis of technology changes and conduct changes management.
• Review existing processes to conduct data analysis on service availability and continuous improvement.
• Provide a high-level cyber security vision and strategic consequence of cyber effect for the portfolio based on future requirements for technology, operations and management and on-going alignments in Cyber Security efforts.

Must Haves:

• Technical Architect IM/IT - 10 years
• DevSecOps (Gitlab, Azure DevOps, etc.) - 5 years
