Senior Technical Lead with IT Program or Project Management experience to lead and execute an Enterprise Workforce Integration Transformation Program

Our Calgary client is looking for a Senior Technical Lead with IT Program or Project Management experience to lead and execute an Enterprise Workforce Integration Transformation Program.

Calgary based client, hybrid working environment (3 days / week onsite). Some travel may be required.

Must Haves:

• 10+ years as an IT Technical Lead working on digital transformation project or programs
• 8+ years Program / Project Management experience
• 7+ years technical experience with HCM, Service Management and Identity and Access Management solutions
• Expertise with Workday, SailPoint, and Service Now
• Experience working with and managing 3rd party vendor support resources
• Experience working with both waterfall and agile delivery

• Align with stakeholders to ensure understanding of strategies, activities, requirements, and system enhancements.
• Oversee key tasks in project delivery and architecture governance, ensuring clarity on environmental changes and decision-making.
• Manage business needs and resource demands within the program.
• Collaborate with outsourcing providers to ensure consistent and value-driven service delivery.
• Support risk identification and mitigation processes for continuous improvement.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop effective solutions.
• Guide the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
