Project Description:

As part of our clients Data and Digital Transformation initiatives, the Chief Data Office team is focused on enhancing data management and analytics capabilities. This project involves designing, developing, and operationalizing data-driven solutions to improve decision-making, optimize processes, and drive digital innovation. Ultimately leading to the implementation of scalable and efficient data solutions that align with their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies to drive adoption of cloud and modern technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and employee needs.
• Translate complex technical and business transformation concepts into clear, accessible language for diverse stakeholder groups, facilitating understanding and buy-in.
• Create engaging presentation materials and communication decks for senior leadership, including Director General (DG) briefings.
• Lead benefits realization efforts by articulating the impact of transformation initiatives in a way that resonates with employees, using visuals, presentations, and storytelling.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather IT system requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Assess current and future business processes (as-is/to-be) and provide insights from both a technical and change management perspective to support successful adoption.

Must-haves:

• Experience in Change Management for tech projects.
• Strong ability to create executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
• Expertise in translating system requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience with as-is/to-be process documentation and analysis.
• Active Secret clearance.
