Our Public Sector client is seeking a Senior Transition Lead to support with communications, learning, and change management (internal and external stakeholders) are ready for the change and that future state behaviors are realized in accordance with the future state design. - 0116577


Must Have:

  • 8+ years of experience as Communications & Change Manager/Lead ensuring adoption of change, customize tactics for communications materials and deployment plans, training material, change material, go-live command center and support model.
  • 1+ years of experience working in Public Sector/Unionized environment.
  • Experience working on a business transformation program or project.


Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of the claims process end-to-end


Responsibilities


  • Develop people and culture strategy, including developing an understanding of stakeholders in current state and developing customized change management tactics to ensure adoption.
  • Develop customized approach for communications, learning, and change management to ensure that future state behaviors are realized, and outcome is achieved
  • Lead transition on a program, including working with operations to implement each business change to ensure that future state outcomes are achieved.
  • Provide pre and post go-live support, and design and lead go-live command center and support models, etc.
  • Work with benefits measurement team and operations to monitor post go-live metrics and work with relevant teams to make adjustments as required.
  • Navigate and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Build, train, and manage team, including developing approaches and templates and reviewing deliverables and ensuring quality standards are achieved.
  • Deliverables: People and culture strategy, including customized tactics to ensure adoption of change; communications materials and deployment plans, learning and training materials and deployment approach and schedules; change management tactics and materials; go-live command center and support model; etc.
